If you placed an online order using Afterpay as your payment method, the order must be returned to our online warehouse and cannot be returned in-store. Please note this is only temporary until we launch Afterpay in-store by mid-March 2019.
How to initiate a return:
- Click here to log in to your Forever New account or proceed as a guest.
- Locate the item(s) you wish to return and follow all prompts to finalise the return.
- Select ‘Confirm and Pay’. You’ll then be redirected to Paypal where you can pay for your returns postage label. You don’t need a Paypal account to complete this step.
- Once you receive your returns postage label via email (allow up to 30 minutes) simply print out the label, attach it to your sealed package and drop it off at an Australia Post office or post box near you.
Refunds will be processed and communicated to you via Afterpay shortly after Forever New processes the returned item/s. The returned item/s will create an adjusted Afterpay payment schedule or a complete refund of payments to date (depending if all the original order’s items are returned).
