If you purchased a full-priced item within the last 14 days that has since gone on sale or promotion, you are welcome to return the item for an exchange or a refund of the price difference, provided it is unworn, has tags attached, and meets the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy. The price adjustment will be based on the price advertised at the time of your enquiry.
For sale purchases that have been further reduced, the difference in price may be offered as store credit or applied towards an exchange, in accordance with our Sale Return Policy.
Please note that all exchanges must be completed in-store at a Forever New location within Australia, as this option is not available online.
