STEP 1: Pack and seal your item
Pack and seal your item in a delivery satchel or box, removing any existing shipping labels or barcodes. Your item must be in original saleable condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and any sewn labels attached (unless faulty).
STEP 2: Attach your returns shipping label
Print your returns postage label attached to your email, and tape it securely to your parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, the label can be scanned at the Post Office.
STEP 3: Post your item back to us
Drop your returns parcel off at any Australia Post office so we can safely track its journey. We’ll let you know once your return has been successfully processed. Find your nearest post office.
Please note that original postage costs will not be reimbursed unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In these cases, the postage cost will be refunded once the return has been processed. Please ensure you select the correct reason for return.
