At Forever New, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand there may be times when you wish to return an item.
If you change your mind about your full price purchase, please visit any Forever New store and we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery. Items must be unworn, in original saleable condition, with all tags, labels and original packaging attached and accompanied by proof of purchase (your original in-store receipt, e-receipt or online tax invoice).
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
Exceptions to our change of mind policy
Please choose carefully as sale items cannot be returned if you change your mind.
Sale items can be exchanged for a Forever New gift card or for another item.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for the following items if you change your mind:
• Bodysuits
• Cosmetics and Fragrances
• Hair Accessories and Headwear
• Hosiery
• Pierced Jewellery
• Swimwear
• Underwear Accessories; Underwear; and Undergarments
Forever New or Ever New items purchased outside Australia or from other retailers cannot be returned to Forever New Australian stores or online. Similarly, items purchased from Forever New in Australia cannot be returned overseas.
If your item is faulty or does not match a sample or description
These items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within a reasonable period of time after the date of purchase. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please carefully read the following additional information if you wish to return an item to us:
A. Forever New Store purchases
1. Unfortunately, items purchased in-store cannot be returned via our online processes. Please return your item to your nearest Forever New store along with your receipt.
B. Online purchases (forevernew.com.au)
1. To return an item, please log in, locate your online order and select ‘Return Items’. A shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. We recommend items be returned to us via a tracked postage method. Please ensure your return complies with this policy before posting it.
2. Any original and return postage costs will not be reimbursed unless the item(s) are faulty or defective; or not as ordered. In this instance, please contact our customer service team and we will endeavour to assist you.
3. If you wish to exchange your item, you can only exchange for a different size (subject to availability). Unfortunately, exchanges for different colours or styles cannot be processed online. In this case, please return your item and purchase your new item in a new transaction.
4. For items purchased using Pay Pal or Apple Pay, refunds will be issued to the card
registered with the Pay Pal or Apple Pay used to purchase the item.
5. For items purchased using Afterpay or Zip Pay, refunds will be issued to the account used to purchase the items in question.
6. Items purchased online can also be returned to Forever New stores.
C. Purchases from department stores or other retailers
Items purchased from department stores or other retailers are governed by the returns and exchange policy of that store or retailer. Please check their websites for further details.
D. Goods purchased using Forever You Rewards

E. Return of seconds or samples or items from warehouse sales
From time to time, we may sell items that are samples or seconds which may contain defects, cuts or other imperfections or goods at our Warehouse sales. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind or for faults identified prior to purchase.
