Once your order has been placed, we begin preparing it for dispatch as soon as possible and are therefore unable to make any changes to the order or delivery address. After a tracking number has been issued, you may be able to arrange a redirection through Australia Post, where available. This can be done via the AusPost app or by visiting the Australia Post website to explore available options.
