I have a tracking number
If no one is home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left at your address, provided there is a safe and secure place to do so.
If there is no suitable location, your parcel may be taken to your local Post Office for collection. Australia Post now sends all attempted delivery notifications digitally. To track and manage your deliveries, please visit the Australia Post website or download the AusPost app.
If your tracking status shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check your MyPost account for more details.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe or tracking hasn’t updated, we may need to investigate further with Australia Post.

I don't have a tracking number
