I have a tracking number
If you have not received your parcel and your tracked parcel is showing as delivered on the Australia Post website, a card should have been left advising you to collect your delivery from your local post office. If a signatory was not available, the card should provide details on where and how to pick up your order or to rearrange delivery.
If your package has not arrived, you have allowed the correct time for delivery, and you have not received a calling card showing Australia Post attempted delivery at your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team.
I don't have a tracking number
If you don't have a tracking number, you can log in to the My Orders page on our website to view this.
