You can return Forever New items in accordance with our standard Online Returns Policy.
Refunds will be processed and communicated via Afterpay once your return has been received and processed by Forever New. Please allow 1–8 business days for processing.
If all items from the original order are returned, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to date. If only part of your order is returned, your Afterpay payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly for the returned item(s).
